What Can Be Reported?

You should report serious concerns where there is a public interest in the matter being addressed. Examples include:

  • Corruption, bribery, fraud, theft, or financial irregularities

  • Environmental breaches or safety hazards

  • Harassment, discrimination, or other serious workplace misconduct

  • Breaches of data protection or competition law

  • Other violations of laws, internal policies, or ethical standards

You do not need to provide proof, but all reports must be made in good faith.

Who Can Use the Channel?

The whistleblower channel is open to:

  • Employees and former employees

  • Job applicants

  • Consultants, contractors, and temporary workers

  • Suppliers and business partners

  • Other stakeholders


Confidentiality and Anonymity

  • Reports can be submitted anonymously

  • All reports are handled with strict confidentiality

  • Personal data not relevant to the case is deleted

  • Cases are only retained for as long as necessary

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

How Reports Are Handled

Reports are submitted through our secure platform provided by our independent external partner, Visslan. The initial triage and handling of reports is carried out by our external legal partner, Starck & Partner, to ensure objectivity and legal compliance. Following their review, cases may be transferred to relevant internal representatives at Relyon depending on the nature of the report. You will be able to track your case and communicate anonymously through the platform.
